Framework Health Plan introduces the Expense Incurred Series benefit plans from Nationwide Life Insurance Company. These plans offer the affordability of a Limited Medical plan.

Features include traditional style medical benefits with co-pays, co-insurance and deductible options. These plans offer the advantage of higher benefit levels than fixed indemnity offerings. Employer groups with 51 or more employees are eligible.

Inpatient Coverage. Maximums up to $50,000 per year or more.

Outpatient Benefits. Including Substance Abuse and Mental Illness.

Physician Office Visits. Paid at 100% after co-pay.

Diagnostic & Surgical Benefits. Including inpatient and outpatient benefits.

Wellness Care Benefits. Offering higher benefit maximums.

Prescription Drugs. With co-pays for generic and brand name drugs.

Provider Network. Discounts for in-network providers, with no penalty for going out-of-network.
